Psychotherapy
As a psychotherapist, I combine humanistic, somatic & analytic approaches. I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy (talk therapy). My primary training is in body-focused psychodynamic psychotherapy, which means I often combine an awareness of the body in talk therapy. As a therapist, I aim to engage in a therapy practice that is both contemplative and practical. Available Tuesday and Thursday

Sayo Sound Healing
Our goal is to provide complimentary care that will assist in restoring the fundamental healing principles of the body.Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy (VAT) uses special frequency sound transducers that release vibro-tactile stimulation to aide in the relaxation through the body. This form of therapy assists in transitioning a person from his or her normal neural oscillation (beta wave) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha and theta waves). We care about your overall well-being and will provide you with the guidance, knowledge, and tools needed to be healthy. Let us help you achieve optimal wellness! Available Saturdays

Within this space, we can challenge long-held self-narratives and discover the roots of dissatisfying relational patterns. My goal is to help you see the world differently and build agency to make changes in your life. Available Mondays,Tuesdays, Wednesdays

Alexander Technique, Assisted Stretching
Similar to learning a musical instrument, learning to listen to the "music" of the spine is a dynamic learning process aimed at giving the student tools to use themself well in everyday life. That is why learning the Alexander Technique is referred to as "lessons," not a treatment, therapy, physical therapy, or fitness exercises. Days/ Hours Vary
Emmar Larson
I work with people who are feeling lost, stuck, or not-good-enough to release shame and self-doubt, gain insight, and embrace healthier relationships with themselves and others. I’m not here to tell you what to do, or how to do it. I’m here to listen to you closely, help you see yourself and your life more clearly, and support you in defining the changes you wish to make. Available Thursdays

Qi Gong
I began learning the Qigong, Neigong and Taiji of Universal Healing Tao. I found them so transformative that I’ve been using them as my guide ever since. They healed my chronic back pain and balanced my hormones, strengthened my physical body, and grounded my emotional life. In my current practice, healing and teaching are intertwined: I teach classes and courses in Qigong, Neigong and Taiji alongside my one-on-one training and healing practices. Days/Hours vary
