$25-$40 Low-Cost Option
Open Care Clinic offers a percentage of low cost appointments.
At the current time, we are not accepting new patients for these appointments.
Low-cost appointments are reserved for patients who: qualify for Medicaid or qualify for SNAP/EBT benefits, and are re-verified each year between February 15th and March 15th. For an example of how benefits are verified, please click here.
We understand that this is not a fully exhaustive list of low-income New Yorkers, but it represents the only feasible way for a small business with limited resources to verify eligibility.

Low-cost appointments are limited to one per person, per week. If a patient who is already participating in the program wishes to come in more than once a week, they may do so but have to pay according to the general sliding-scale of $40-$85.
