Miranda Maher
Qi Gong
I began learning the Qigong, Neigong and Taiji of Universal Healing Tao. I found them so transformative that I’ve been using them as my guide ever since. They healed my chronic back pain and balanced my hormones, strengthened my physical body, and grounded my emotional life. In my current practice, healing and teaching are intertwined: I teach classes and courses in Qigong, Neigong and Taiji alongside my one-on-one training and healing practices.

Alexander Technique, Assisted Stretching
Alexander Technique is an evidence-based, scientific learning process that teaches people to address postural habits. Similar to learning a musical instrument, it guides you to listen to the "music" of the spine to foster postural expansion and elongation. With a decade of experience teaching Alexander Technique, Brittany will cultivate an environment of respect and vibrancy during lessons to create space for dynamic learning.
Brittany also offers Assisted Stretching where she guides you to achieve safer and more effective stretches than you could do alone. She will develop a set of personalized stretches that relieve muscle tension increase mobility, which you can integrate into a wellness routine.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing uses specific frequencies and harmonics purposefully selected to transition your normal neural oscillation (beta wave) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha and theta waves).
In this relaxed state, your own innate healing abilities can work more effectively to restore optimal vibrational alignment enhancing your overall health and well-being.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy
I offer trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy for individuals and couples navigating burnout, anxiety, and disconnection. I specialize in high-achieving women and partners feeling stuck in cycles of over-functioning or emotional distance, using Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mind-body work. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of always being the strong one, therapy can offer a place to soften. You're allowed to take up space here—both as an individual and in your relationship. If any of this resonates, I’d be honored to hold that space with you.
Available Mondays

Psychotherapy
I work with people who are feeling lost, stuck, or not-good-enough to release shame and self-doubt, gain insight, and embrace healthier relationships with themselves and others. I’m not here to tell you what to do, or how to do it. I’m here to listen to you closely, help you see yourself and your life more clearly, and support you in defining the changes you wish to make.

Psychotherapy
I believe therapy works when we establish a meaningful relationship that allows you to feel safe enough to develop a sense of curiosity about your inner world. Within this space, we can challenge long-held self-narratives and discover the roots of dissatisfying relational patterns. My goal is to help you see the world differently and build agency to make changes in your life.
